Description
Here is a 1940's - 1950's Century cookie depositor - this
has a conveyor belt and roller ends that I have removed along with the end rollers and extensions in order to get it down out of the barn where Dad put it in storage back about 1955 or so, when he closed his Cookie Bakery business. So, it is "barn fresh". I plugged the motor in and pushed the button
and it took off just like when he put it away. Certainly not state of the art, nor is it stainless, but it does work. There are 4 interchangeable moulds that push out 4 cookies at a time. The wire cutter is intact. It comes with close to 8 dozen trays and about half of them have never been used. The trays were manufactured by Lockwood Manufacturing Co in Cincinnati, Ohio and measure 17 x 35. Included is
Dad's old tray rack which is a double rack 17 slots high and if you let the pans hang out some front and back it will hold 68 trays, otherwise, 34. The card I found with the pans gives the break-in directions for the "Lockwood Aluminized Pans". A great set of old bakery equipment... needs cleaned up, painted or powder-coated and I'd probably change the electrical cords and switch.
A neat old retro bakery piece or just a wonderful display piece. The base is on rollers so it can be moved
where you need it. Shipping is buyer's responsibility. I have no idea of the weight.
