•One (1) 8” #150 double flanged inlet nozzle, one (1) 24” bottom manway with 6” #150 outlet welded to elbow which is welded to manway.
•One (1) 18” top ring type manway.
•One (1) 4” #150 flanged nozzle welded to top head.
•One (1) 3” #150 flanged nozzle welded to side shell.
•One (1) 2” #150 flanged nozzle welded to top head.
•Two (2) #10,000 lift lugs.
•Two (2) 316SS header clips.
•1 lot 316SS lateral support bar clips.
•Four (4) pipe support clips.
•Four (4) structural legs with base plates.
•Seismic 4 design.
•Interior lined with Environline 405HT.
•Exterior painted with Carbozinc 11HS primer, Carboguard 890 intermediate coat and Carbothane 134HG Desert Tan #0217 top coat.
•Primary Inlet Distributor 8” sch 10 316SS header with six (6) 3” sch 10 laterals including 316SS hardware Buna-N gasket.
•Primary Regenerate Distributor 4” sch 40 316SS header with eighteen (18) 1-1/4” sch 40 laterals drilled pipe, unscreened, including 316SS lateral support angle, 316SS hardware Buna-N gasket.
•Primary Outlet Distributor 10” sch 40 316SS hub with twenty-four (24) 1-1/4” sch 40 laterals, drilled pipe with well screen, including 316SS lateral support rings, 316SS hardware Buna-N gasket.

SECONDARY OR POLISHER UNIT

•One (1) 84” diameter polisher softener vessel, 84” side shell, ASME designed and stamped for 125 PSIG at 200 degree F.
•One (1) 8” #150 double flanged inlet nozzle.
•One (1) 24” manway with 6” #150 outlet welded to elbow which is welded to manway.
•One (1) 18” top ring type manway.
•One (1) 4” #150 flanged nozzle welded to top head.

•One lot butt welded carbon steel piping unlined, painted same as vessel exterior, Jamesbury 915L Series High Performance valves with pneumatic operators, inlet/outlet gauges, thermal relief valve and air release valve.
AUTOMATION
• One lot tubing and wiring for pneumatic valves and NEMA 4X solenoid enclosure.


MISCELLANEOUS INCLUDED

•Access Platform and ladder, carbon steel construction painted same as vessel exterior.
•Cameron Turbine meter for inlet in lieu of Endress Hauser mag meter.
•Top Manway, 24” with safety harness lug.
•Design vessels for full vacuum.
•Rosemount DPIT transmitters.
